At Delta, the experience begins long before the first course arrives.

The architecture of the space creates an atmosphere that balances artistic expression with understated luxury. Natural light, organic materials, and fluid forms come together to create an environment that prepares guests for the journey ahead.

The narrative continues through Delta's collaboration with Artworks. Contemporary works by Greek artists are rotated annually, becoming an integral part of the dining experience and creating a subtle dialogue between art, nature, and gastronomy.

Every dinner at Delta unfolds at its own pace.

Over the course of approximately three hours, the Delta team guides guests through a carefully curated narrative that evolves course by course. Each creation is presented alongside its story, inspiration, and philosophy, transforming dinner into an experience that combines flavour, knowledge, and emotion.

The Menu as a Narrative

Twelve stages. One story, revealed gradually.

Executive Chef George Papazacharias draws inspiration from nature, seasonality, and the remarkable richness of the Greek landscape. Every ingredient is treated as the starting point of a creative journey, gaining new dimensions through techniques such as fermentation, ageing, and preservation.

The result is a menu that evolves with the seasons, a gastronomic journey where each course becomes the next chapter in a story that unfolds one plate at a time.
